Morning drive to work, thoughts went to how my prayer life can be like a "To Do List". Wondering if God feels the frustration like when you work all week, finally have a day to rest and get a to do list of things around house needing to be done. Feel like need "to do" a study on what prayer is. I know not to pray in vain repetitions. I know not to pray not expecting God will do what I pray for. I know our prayers need to align with God's will.

Add this post, so maybe as come across verses referencing prayer can quickly add . Been thinking of doing micro learning series similar to apps online, 15 min quick studies. Similar to devotionals in way.

Scriptures:

John 14:13. And whatsoever you may ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the son.

John 14:14. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

Philippians 4:6-7. ...let your requests be known to God.

James 5:16 ...pray one for another

Mark 11:24 ....what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Matthew 26:41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

2 Chronicles 7:14-16. If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place. For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.
