God will dwell in us when we love one another and his love is Perfected in us. (1 John 4:12)

The word love above is sacrifice. God's love is demonstrated as a sacrifice for our sins. God's sacrifice for us .... is not in vain; served a purpose. God continues to perfect us ...

sanctify us so he may dwell in us.

From Fruit of Spirit Bible study, section on Love question 5 asks to write a description of love based off previous answers. I described Love is sacrificing oneself for the benefit of others in that the may believe Jesus died for our sins (loved us). Also referenced:

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends (John 15:13).

• Vs 7 - everyone that loveth is born of God.

• Vs 8 - God is love.

• Vs 9 - showed his love to us by sending his son.

• Vs 10 - to be a sacrifice for our sins

• Vs 11 - we also should love one another

• Vs 12 - no one has seen God...if we love one another, God dwells in us.

• Vs 13 - we know he dwells in us because he has given us his spirit.

• Vs 14 - we testify of this love (sent his son).

• Vs 15 - whosoever confess that Jesus is son of God..dwelleth

• Vs 16 - believed Gods loveto us ... Know God dwells in us if we love.
