Josephs Coat

Today still feeling like the most blessed spiritually person. Thoughts drift to did God give me Josephs coat? Feel so favored spiritually when think of all God has done for me.

Similiar to Satan telling God he had a hedge around Job. What does Satan say about us, a hedge, a coat? How do we tell others about our coat? Should we? Are we happy for others to have a coat better than ours? Do we seek Gods favor?

Thinking about verse John 3:16 "For God so loved..." me, "that he gave his only begotten son ...".. As I put that in context with a coat of righteousness, God the Father didn't give us a multicolor coat like Joseph, instead he gave us a coat of righteousness covered in Jesus blood that our sins are covered by. When Satan attacks us with our flesh failings, we need to just see the coat God gave us.
